Big projects now underway and planned for the future are expected to keep the city's growth going.
Mayor Scott Raes and Ray Forsythe, the city's planning and development director, gave Moline's State of the City address Monday afternoon at the iWireless Center. Mayor Raes spoke about the city's financial health and strengths. Both cited the many projects underway or planned in the city that are expected to increase Moline's prosperity.
